Staff were polite and friendly. Tpt to Kuta was great
Young children cannot stay in a separate rom when there is no fence surrounding the pool.Laneway from main road to reception was terrible. Felt like we were going to an excution not a 5 star villa

Nothing fastastic really.
For the price we paid, it's certainly under performing. Villa 1 we stayed in, aircon in the bedroom was not cold. Food quality is average. Car transfer to other areas is not comfortable (the car had a badly damaged exterior) Service is poor: once the. staff didn't wait for us to come to door and just came in using their key to set up Our breakfast table. We also had to wait 15 mins for them to pick up our bags to check out. It seems they are short of staff Bell boy is also car driver, masseure is also chamber maid etc.

The design of the villa is nice!
The swimming pool water is so cold, even in the day. The location is very secluded, hard to find.

First impression excellent. Anita showed us around and she was brilliant and remained so throughout our stay.Large, comfortable beds. Large bathroom. Beautiful pool. Lounge/ tv area comfortable. Air con worked well for us but not our friends.
Mini bar never re stocked . Sometimes breakfast was late- only minded this when we had tours booked and needed to be ready for pickup by a certain time. Needed more fresh water in bathrooms for drinking/ teeth cleaning. No way to boil water for a cup of tea/ coffee as required.
